Getting in Line Without Paying Up Front

We try our very best to ensure that all the products we stock are always available. But sometimes we sell out. A reservation is for items we regularly stock but don't have right now.

When you order a reservation item, you don't need to pay for it today. You simply place the order like your normally would and now you are next line to receive that product. After receiving your reservation, we will give you our best estimate on when your product is due to arrive.

Once the product is confirmed to be on its way to us, we will reach out and let you know that it's coming. At this point, you can choose to keep the reservation and pay for your order or cancel without any penalty.

A special note. If you order more than one product and any one of them is a 'reservation' your whole order is considered a 'reservation' and will not require payment up front. However, this also means it will not ship until your full order arrives. If you want some products now and some products later, we recommend making multiple orders; one with just reservations items and one without.

Not the Same as a 'Special Order'

Reservations are for products we regularly keep in our warehouse. Special orders are for everything else.

Sometimes you need that strange little adapter, or you want to buy something a little more expensive than average. In these cases, we use our 'special order' system.
